I am a Raleigh-Durham, NC based UI/UX Visual Product Designer. As a visual communicator I am passionate about designing compelling user experiences that solve everyday business problems. I have over 25 years of UI/UX experience designing educational (K12) software for web and mobile applications, UI for videogames, 3D modeling and illustration. I find that my love for tech and sci-fi oftentimes influence my designs in a positive way.

When not designing software, I enjoy time with my family and at my kids sporting events and exploring the great outdoors. I've also developed a love of organic gardening, landscaping and woodworking. Building physical things with wood allows me to scratch that itch of creating digital things that aren't physical.

Midway through my career in 2011 I was selected by my alma mater at Purdue University as a Distinguished Technology Alumni Award recipient. It was a great honor and opportunity to reconnect with the school that helped kickstart my career and speak to the graduating class of CGT (Computer Graphics Technology).

At the very beginning of my career between 1994-1996 I sought to leverage the latest multimedia tools available to me as a student and purchased and learned Macromedia Director to create "JobSeek©" the world's first interactive portfolio and resumé.
